Delivery & Returns

All orders are shipped within 24hrs (Monday to Friday) of placing your order unless stated on the product page. We have 2 delivery methods:

  • Next Working Day (cut off time 14:00)
  • 48 Hours

If you have not received your order within the timescales set out, it could be due to postal system failure. Please contact our customer service team at orders@ledsupplyandfit.co.uk.

Note: Your order may be split into multiple parcels and may arrive at different times. We do not ship on weekends. We are not liable for any costs arising from delivery delays.

We offer FREE Delivery on orders totalling over £75 inc. VAT.

Local Pickup

If product in-stock then this can be picked up same day from at Unit 6, Northfield Way, Newton Aycliffe, County Durham, DL5 6EJ. Speak to us on +44 (0)1388 814089 and we will let you know if product is in stock.

Trade Orders

Orders made via the trade team may have variable delivery times. Confirm details with your representative.

Delivery Methods

All UK Mainland deliveries are sent via APC/YDL, UPS, or DPD.

Returns & Replacements

We offer a 14-day, no-quibble returns or replacement policy. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

  • Return postage for faulty/incorrect items (sent by us) is covered if using Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery.
  • You cover return postage for unwanted or wrongly ordered items.
  • Returns after 14 days and/or not in original packaging can only be exchanged for store credit – minus 15%.
  • Returns within 14 days without original packaging will incur a 15% charge per package.
  • Improper returns may incur a £10 admin fee.
  • Items from a bundle must be returned as a full set.
  • Wrongly ordered items incur a 15% admin fee.
  • Please check your order within 24 hours to report delivery damages. We cannot accept claims after this period.

Before Returning Your Item

  • Follow our returns process.
  • Goods and packaging must be undamaged.
  • Include a note with your order number, registered email address, and reason for return.

IMPORTANT: We must be able to identify the item with your order. Items that do not follow the returns process may not be replaced or refunded.

What Do I Need Before Returning?

  • The email used to register your purchase
  • Order number
  • Cover note with order details and return reason

Returning Faulty Goods

If you believe a product is faulty and would like a replacement to be sent out while we test the original item, you will need to pay for the replacement in full at the time of dispatch. Once we have tested the returned item, if no fault is found, we will refund the amount paid for the replacement. If the returned product is confirmed to be faulty, we will either issue a refund for the original item or provide a replacement as appropriate, and the charge for the temporary replacement will be voided.

Faulty items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Follow our standard returns process.

Returning Heavy Items

Items over 2.5kg or panel/tube lights will require collection. Failed collections incur a £10 charge.

Returns After 14 Days

Items may be exchanged or credited (minus 15%) for use on our website. Free returns policy does not apply after 14 days.

Returning Items Under Warranty

Follow our standard returns process. Once received, we will verify the fault and warranty eligibility. Improper installation or lack of a Surge Protection Device (SPD) voids warranty for lights affected by surges. A 15% discount may be offered in such cases.
